Card 1 – YOU WANT
This Card is about what you are looking for in the relationship or in an area of life that directly affects your partner. It may describes your desire itself, the object of your desire, or reference an event or situation that encapsulates or defines what it is that you want. If this Card does not seem to describe something you want, consider the possibility that your true wants do not match what you think you want. Compare this to Card 2 to determine how similar or different your desires are from your partner’s.
Card 2 – THEY WANT
This card is about what your partner is looking for in the relationship, or in a related area of life to the desire represented by Card 1. Think about how the first two cards interact to gain more clarity about both of them, and explore any correspondences they share by clicking on the them. How similar or different Cards 1 and 2 are from each other will give you baseline comparison between your priorities and those of the other person, but keep in mind that even different seeming cards may have more in common than it first seems.
Card 3 – SIMILARITIES
This Card represents something you share in common with your partner. It might describe an attribute or quality, or refer to a situation or event in which you were or are on the exact same page. The cards may be pointing out this similarity because you do not realize it yet, or you have yet to fully understand it. This similarity will either be something that does not appear when comparing Cards 1 and 2, or else there is a crucial similarity that this Card is trying to bring into to focus and expand upon.
Card 4 – DIFFERENCES
This Card highlight a way in which you differ from your partner. The cards are advising you to be aware of this difference as you navigate the relationship so that it does not problems or misunderstandings. Consider the correspondences on this Card, as well as any wisdom gleaned from Cards 1 through 3, for guidance from the Cards as to how to accept and deal with this difference in a way that is best for everyone.
