Card 1 – EMOTIONAL
The realm of feelings and strongly held beliefs: this Card characterizes how in-sync you are with your partner’s emotions, and with how you express them. It could also describe or reference a time or situation where you have identical or opposite feelings as your partner, defining or characterizing your overall emotional compatibility or your shedding light on a particular aspect of it that you haven’t yet fully considered.
Card 2 – PHYSICAL
This card evaluates the physical compatibility of you and your partner. It could describe a physical attribute you have in common, or point to complementary set of strengths and weaknesses. It could also reference a recent or memorable time when your physical compatibility was revealed, whether you realized it at the time or not. Keep in mind that compatibility is not the same as similarity, and that all 3 Cards are intertwined as the different forms of Compatibility interact with one another.
Card 3 – MENTAL
Do you think about the world in the same way as your partner, or do you have different assumptions or processes? Are any differences complementary, or will they clash in the long run? This card helps you answer these questions by pointing to a difference or similarity between you and your partner’s brain. In contrast to Card 1, this Card is more about conscious and intentional thought patterns which can potentially be changed through careful examination and discussion with the other person, although if this Card suggests harmony than it may be that no changes are necessary.
