This Card describes something that you’re currently doing for your career or goal that is working. It may describe the successful action itself, your motivation for taking the action, or the circumstances that surround the action. This card is pointing out success or progress, and telling you to keep going. If this Card does not seem to match something that’s working, consider the possibility that something is working better than you realize or think.
Card 2 – CHANGE
This Card describes something you’re currently doing that is not working. The cards are either telling you to stop doing this, or else to rethink your approach. It may be a modifier of Card 1, describing how you could modify your approach to make it even more successful, or it could point to something completely unrelated. Either way, the Cards are asking you to take a step back and re-evaluate this effort.
Card 3 – SHOULD
This Card describes something you’re not currently doing that you should be if you want to achieve your career objectives. It is what the Cards are telling you to go and do – look to Cards 1 and 2 for inspiration if it’s not clear what action this Card is indicating or how to go about it.
